Congratulations to Tom McIntire (Seattle, WA), who was honored with our Judge’s Choice Award for Tiny Portrait of the Artist When Tiny, and to Honorable Mention recipients Key West’s Jordan Mannix-Lachner and Tim Curtis for Petronia Street 1963 and Manatee Tail and to Keven Lock (Minneapolis, MN) for Pink Harbor.
